Los Angeles Consulate - Visa requirement

Cover these states: Arizona, Southern California, Hawai, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, Pacific Islands
Southern California: San Luis Obispo, Kern, San Bernardino County and all counties south of that.

San Francisco Consulate - Visa requirement

Cover these states: Alaska, Northern California, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Washington
