The new member will book and change international air tickets for the customers with an optimal price and route combination. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in any major
• Excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English
• Proficiency in computer with Word and Excel
• Customer-centered service desire and taking responsibility
• Effective communication and problem solving skills and proactive attitude
• A team player with ability to learn and to work under pressure
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
