When using FlyChina you provide your name, login name, password, address, telephone number, fax number, email address, credit card number and billing information. This information is collected for several reasons, including but not limited to: (a) personal identification; (b) to complete air, hotel and car reservations; (c) to allow us to contact you for customer service; (d) to customize the content of our site to meet your needs; and (e) to make product improvements. Your email address is collected to send you an email confirming your reservation. You may receive faxes confirming your reservation. You may occasionally receive updates about special offers, new services, and other news items. However, you may always decline to receive these emails and fax messages. When using our site, we ask you to provide personally identifiable information. This information includes your name, home or work telephone number, fax number, email address, and your credit card number, expiration date and billing information. This information is used to process and book your reservation and to notify you by email, fax or telephone and is used to access your reservation information. We may also ask you for personally identifiable information about other people for whom you are booking reservations. This information is to reserve a room with the hotel or other services.

We use outside credit card / bank processing and software companies to bill and provide users goods and services. We may also share non-personally identifiable demographic information with our partners and advertisers. FlyChina will occasionally share information to develop featured programs and content that will be of interest to our website visitors

Suppliers / Partners

We provide information about your activities to the suppliers who fulfill your travel reservation. Although FlyChina offers products from reputable suppliers and companies, we can not control or limit these suppliers from using or disclosing your information without your permission. FlyChina may contract a reputable third-party to facilitate the distribution of survey, promotion, or sweepstakes programs.

Affiliated Websites

If you were referred to FlyChina from another website, we may provide personally identifiable information about you to the referring website. We believe that the online companies from which you were referred to us are reputable companies. We have not placed limitations on the referring websites from using or disclosing your information without your permission.


Our users may 'opt-out' of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site or services. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by clicking a link in the email to unsubscribe.

FlyChina takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected both online and off-line. The reservation order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and billing information). That information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software.
